At Broken Compass Co., we stand behind our gear the same way you stand at a trailhead — committed, no turning back. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
We offer refunds for:
- Gear that took a wrong turn (a.k.a. we sent you the wrong item)
- Anything that showed up damaged or defective before the adventure even started
Just reach out within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll sort it out. Send us an email at Support@broken-compass.co with your order number and a quick rundown of the issue — no essay required.
