Broken Compass Co. was born in 2025 out of a completely reasonable sequence of events: a sketchy trail, a GPS that gave up, and the firm belief that getting a little lost is actually the point. We make apparel for people who feel the same way about the outdoors.

Our mission is simple — make well-built, no-nonsense unisex tees for the people who spend their weekends airing down, camp-cooking something questionable, and explaining to their friends why "it's just a little mud" is not a cause for concern. You live outside the algorithm. Your clothes should keep up.

We obsessed over fabric the way you obsess over recovery gear — because showing up unprepared is embarrassing for everyone involved.

Every tee is made to handle the real world — which, if you overland, means UV, dust, campfire smoke, a mystery stain from meal two of three, and still looking presentable enough when you roll back into civilization. We sourced fabrics that hold their shape, wash clean after genuinely bad decisions, and don't disintegrate the first time things get interesting.

We're not here to sell you a lifestyle. You already have one — it's just covered in trail dust. We're here to make the shirt you're wearing in the photo you didn't plan to take, on the road you didn't plan to be on, having the trip you'll talk about for years. No GPS required. Ours doesn't work anyway.
